This presentation with Anna Kluth, Transition Specialist from Daisy Consulting and Justin Moehn, Clinical Support Administrator from Blue Sprig brings together two complementary perspectives: the professional expertise of a transition specialist and the lived experience of an adult with autism. Together, we offer practical guidance, real‑world insights, and personal reflections to support individuals with autism and other neurodiversities as they navigate the transition to adulthood and employment. The session is designed to help individuals, families, educators, and professionals deepen their understanding of effective transition practices and the employment experiences that shape them.
