Jeffrey T. Schaberg
Co-Owner, Director of Planning
As Co-owner and Director of Planning, Jeff leads financial planning and analytics at CPG. He and his team assess our clients' current financial health, and develop a strategy for meeting their work and retirement lifetime goals.
Jeff has resided and worked in Sugar Land and the Greater Houston Area for more than 30 years. He
has served in both industry and managerial consulting capacities in the areas of strategic finance,
budgeting, planning, business analytics, and process improvements.
Jeff is a University of Houston alumni and holds an MBA in Finance from The University of St. Thomas.
Jeff also completed a Business Analytics certification from Harvard University.
Having a solid financial plan has always been a key focus in Jeff’s work. He believes that everyone
should be a good steward of their finances and plan for the future. This proves to be especially true for
families who have a member with special needs. With special needs in his own immediate family, Jeff
has first-hand experience with the importance of having a holistic financial plan that accounts for special

Jeff loves to spend time with his amazing wife Allison, and their four wonderful children. Allison
and Jeff are active members at River Pointe Church and they volunteer for the Make A Wish
