With over five years of direct experience supporting families through complex educational and disability‑related systems, she brings both professional expertise and heartfelt understanding to every interaction.
She holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness, providing a strong foundation in family dynamics, emotional well‑being, and supportive care. Jessica is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership with a specialization in Special Education, focusing on strengthening parent‑school collaboration, improving service systems, and elevating the voices of families navigating special education.
Jessica’s passion for advocacy is deeply personal. She has witnessed firsthand how overwhelming it can be for families to seek guidance for their loved ones, and she believes in walking beside them with clarity, compassion, and unwavering support. Outside of her professional work, Jessica loves spending time with her husband and their two adult children, ages 20 and 24. Her favorite way to start the day is enjoying a quiet morning in her backyard with a cup of coffee, listening to the birds and reflecting on the blessings of family and community.
